"I have a young son, and I also have diabetes. Both my parents passed away very young from health issues. So improving my health through food is very important to me. When I was taught to cook or prepare meals it was always based around meat. Having some delicious easy vegan recipes that my whole family enjoys is great to add to our weekly meal repertoire.  My son and I both have a sweet tooth so getting some vegan baking ideas and recipes is a nice way to make things healthier and still enjoyable. 
I am not completely vegan , but I eat a lot more plant based now than I used to. In the last 6 months my diabetes has improved and is just about normal and I lost a few pounds too !!"
